Aging beers and procrastination:

Some people ask me how I can create so many aged beers, meads and wines. All you need to do is procrastinate on bottling. And own enough carboys! I need to get around to bottling 2 ciders, 2 Barley Wines, 1 bourbon/oak Robust Porter, 2 Quadrubbels, 1 bourbon/oak Imperial Stout, 1 mild Birch Mead, 1 strong Birch Mead, 1 Peach Mead, 1 Orange Blossom Mead, 1 Apple wine, 2 Merlots, 1 Chardonnay, and 1 Rhubarb wine.  These all range from 4 years old to 6 months old.
