ICTV, run from the Reif center in Grand Rapids, has a robust TV presence, and maintains a library of all the programs they produce. Two of the programs feature Karen Durfee of Wine Creations explaining the wine making process, and Steve Benson of the Boreal Brewers walking through the steps, ingedients and equipment to make beer.
