General Information
Method: All Grain

This is the beer offered as wort at the AHA Rally at Surly Brewing.  Both of my primary fermentors were busy, so I brought a 5 gal secondary to the event.  I got four gallons of wort.

I kegged this bugger on 19-Dec-2009.  The FG was 1.0185.  Beautify clear brown color, a bit sweet.  We'll see how it tasts when done carbonating.
