Procedure

Racked this onto yeast cake left over from previous batch of American Brown Ale.  Moved the brown ale .to carboys immediately before racking this beer onto it

Collected 14 gallons of Wort.  Boiled 13 in brew kettle, and 1 gallon on stove.  Added to kettle after a half hour.

Ended up with 11.5 gallons in fermentor.
