BrewBlog: Big Brew Bucksnort Brown Ale
Specifics
General Information
Method: All Grain

This was based on the Big Brew recipe for 2012.  I pretty much followed it to a tea, except for a hop substitution.

Comments

Brewed at the Boreal Brewers big brew event.  used host's well water, and conditioned with 5.2.  Only did a 5 gallon batch, and fly sparged instead of my normal batch sparge.  Brewhouse efficiency was about 74.3%
