Add 100% of mash water at 166° F / 74° C

Procedure

Mashed at 152 for 60 minutes.  Tried to mash out at 168, but could only hit 165.

Fly sparged slowly (40 minutes) and collected 7.8 gallons.

Rapid boil for one hour.  Added 5 tsp of yeast energizer at 15 minutes.

My water amounts were right on.  The fermenter was at the exact level it should be when I racket from the boil kettle.
