The Boreal Brewers were formed in 1991 by two long-time local homebrewers. The purpose of the club is to advance the art, science and appreciation of homebrewing by providing a forum for the exchange of homebrewing products, information and expertise. Club activities include hosting 3 homebrew tastings (open to the public) each year, teaching homebrew classes and regular meetings.
We are located in and around Bemidji and Grand Rapids, and are Minnesota’s northern-most homebrew club (and possibly, the northern-most brew club in the lower 48 states!)

Hi I have just gotten started on my first batch of wine, i was wondering if your club is just about brewing beer? Are do you also have a few wine makers among you? I must say that brewing beer does intrest me, i was just a little curious.
