The first five scheduled Boreal Brewers meetings in 2016 are on the calendar.

The Wednesday meetings will be in the Boardroom at KAXE in Grand Rapids, and will run from 6:00 – 8:30 PM. At our December meeting, Spook showed an extremely cool handmade stainless in-line hop infuser, designed to work with a pump circulating from the primary fermentor.
This led to discussion of focusing each upcoming meeting on specific themes; home made equipment, arcane techniques, specialty beer styles, ciders, sours and other options. It sounded like nearly everyone had something they had designed themselves and would like to show to others; from built-in electric brewing systems to inexpensive keg washers. Save the dates for the meetings, and watch for an agenda and meeting theme as they approach.

Are these meetings open to anybody? If I do show up should I bring some beer?
