HF 2999 was not heard in the House Commerce Committee. That action kept the homebrew bill from being included in the House Omnibus Liquor bill. HF 2999 was not heard due to questions and concerns raised about perceived health risks to the public by consuming homebrew. Language is now being developed that addresses those concerns. It is still possible to amend the House Omnibus Liquor bill with this new language. We will continue to post what information we can as this effort moves along.
